Frederick "Freddy" Freeman is a boy in the Philadelphia foster care system, raised by Victor and Rosa Vasquez.[1]

- This version of the character is exclusive to the continuity of the DC Extended Universe and is an adaptation of Freddy Freeman/Captain Marvel, Jr.. The original character was created by Ed Herron and Mac Raboy and first appeared in Whiz Comics #25.
- Freddy Freeman is played by Jack Dylan Grazer. Superhero Freddy is played by Adam Brody.
- While they all received the full powerset, each of the foster siblings other than Billy could use one of the powers immediately without going through the steep learning curve Billy did. Freddy's is flight.
