History

The Freedom Brigade are the parents of the Inferior Five. The team consists of characters that are primarily parodies of the classic Justice League of America lineup, and a couple of patriotic characters. The team consisted of The Patriot, Lady Liberty, Captain Swift, Mermaid, Princess Power, The Bowman and Mr. Might.

They fought crime, until retiring 20 years ago. They forced their offspring to become heroes as well. They were last seen as instructors at Dean Egghead's "Academy for Super-Heroes."

Notes

The Freedom Brigade are heroic analogs for members of the Justice Society of America and Justice League of America:
