History
In 1952, while the Blackhawks were busy in Carathia, fending off massive armed aggression from Russaga, the team received a fake radio call from the distant nation of Galustan. The message was spotted as a fake, because Galustan is actually too far away from Carathia for an un-relayed message to be received.

- Aside from this fake message, we are told nothing else about the situation in Galustan, if any, or what kind of government it has.
