Until the early 1950s, Galwain was an isolated castle full of medieval-style knights that had been blocked off from the rest of Europe by a landslide, for hundreds of years.
History
The valley containing Galwain Castle was located within the borders of a small obscure country, whose president was named Valga, and which bordered on Bulgania, another small country. The castle itself was inadvertently destroyed in a rock slide caused by a nearby highway construction project.
