Garrett Riley was a former hitman who performed taxidermy on animals. He chose the name Taxidermist.
History
Riley had been employed by the Riley Mob, his family's crime organization. He was considered an outcast even by his own family, as he would keep a victim's head or hand as a keepsake.
Riley managed to steal a white tiger from a wildlife rehabilitation facility in Las Vegas. A few months later, he stole several lions from a struggling circus. Soon after, he stole a puma, a snow leopard, and a jaguar en route to the Gotham Zoo. This earned him the attention of Catwoman. She broke into the warehouse Riley used as his base, and she outwitted him. He was killed by his own jaguars.
