Black Banshee is the father of Silver Banshee (Siobhan Smythe).

History

He murdered his own son Tommy when Siobhan refused to follow in his footsteps. After his supposed death, he became the villain Black Banshee. He mind controlled a whole club and attempted to force his daughter to become the Silver Banshee. After a struggle with Supergirl and Siobhan, he is defeated.
