Gen 13: Armageddon #1 is an issue of the series Wildstorm: Armageddon (Volume 1) with a cover date of January, 2008.

Synopsis for "Boys Against Girls"

After a friendly game of basketball, Caitlin heads off by herself to contemplate everything that's happened to her and the Gen 13 gang. Void appears to Caitlin and tells her she must show her the future in order to prevent it. Caitlin sees the world devastation and can't believe it. Then Bobby and Grunge of the future show up and believe Caitlin to be from their time. They tell her what little they know of how the world ended up in it's current state. They then tell her that Freefall and Rainmaker were taken by a new group of Coda warriors led by Devin. Caitlin and the boys raid the Coda lair and a battle ensues. They defeat the Coda and regroup along with the future (and unconscious) Caitlin. With the gang back together now, Void shows up once again and teleports Caitlin back to her own time before the future Caitlin awakes. Caitlin is at a loss about how to tell the gang about what she saw but is comforted by the fact that even in this dismal future, they are all still together as she about to play basketball with her friends.
