Synopsis for "The Numbskulls"

In Boston, IO Agent Olivia Keller arrives in her office only to be decapitated by a squad of undead operatives called the Numbskulls.  Later, the members of Gen 13 return to their safehouse to find the Numbskulls waiting for them and looking to kill Lynch.  The two teams battle, and the Numbskulls leave once they realize Lynch is not there. On their way out, they toss a grenade that destroys most of the safehouse.  Later, after the police leave the scene, Lynch and Caitlin search IO databases for information and come across a name Lynch recognizes:  Kyle LeFavre.  The Numbskulls regroup in the Bronx.  Their leader, Lt. David Poole, recalls his first mission with the team and the destruction of their teammate, Meloney Sutcliffe.  LeFavre oversaw the IO program that resurrected them as undead agents, and Lynch was LeFavre's boss.  They intend to kill both men in revenge.  Gen 13 corners LeFavre in his limousine on the George Washington Bridge.  Lynch starts to interrogate him, but the Numbskulls attack and kill him.  The two teams fight again, and Gen 13 wins, fleeing as IO operatives arrive.  The next day, Poole wakes up in a lab with the Numbskulls back in IO custody and a reanimated Olivia Keller added to their ranks.
