Synopsis for "Babes in Toyland!"

At Hell's Gate Penitentiary, a visitor called Ms. Poppins covertly helps Helmut escape. In San Diego, Bobby and Grunge watch TV at home while the girls are out shopping.  Downtown, Ms. Poppins, actually an ex-Coda named Ms. Poppinopolous, reports back to her employer, Luv Toys CEO Balthazar Luv.  He is secretly the Gen-Active genius Babyluv who stopped physically aging as a small child and uses android bodies to disguise himself as an adult. She shows him footage of Caitlin, Roxy, and Sarah, and he sends Helmut to capture them.  Helmut attacks them downtown, and they battle in the streets. Caitlin knocks Helmut into a building, accidentally causing it to collapse on them and knock them unconscious. The three girls awaken in restraints and dressed in lingerie as Babyluv's prisoners.
