Synopsis for "Search and Seizure"

Lynch berates Bobby and Grunge for getting arrested and orders them not to leave the safehouse.  Elsewhere, forcibly working for Cordelia, Alex Fairchild leads two mercenaries in capturing a Serbian war criminal.  Back in Manhattan, Rainmaker is walking home with groceries when she accidentally bumps into a woman, and they hit it off.  Simon Tsung examines Bobby and recommends finding the man who altered his powers, but Lynch refuses in order to avoid exposure.  Roxy sneaks out and reunites with her stepmother.  Bobby and Grunge sneak out as well, using Bobby’s ability to link with Gen-Actives to find the man they fought just as he is being attacked by armed agents.  They fight off the agents, but not before the man, whom the agents call Isaiah, is rendered catatonic.  Bobby and Grunge then decide to take him back to the safehouse.
