Synopsis for "Teenage Wasteland - Part 2: Hell of a town"
Somewhere deep inside an Internal Operations facility with incubation tubes, Megan - who is resurrected in the body of a little girl - releases a baby, a clone of Dr. Cross. She then sets out to allow their bodies to succumb to accelerated growth while she makes plans to kill Gen 13.
Meanwhile, the Gen 13 kids see the destruction brought about on New York and Caitlin realizes the future she saw came true. As they navigate through one of the ruined buildings, they are confronted by an anti-superhuman cult which captures all of the kids except Eddie, who absorbs the electricity from their attacker's tasers and turns into lightning. He uses this power to help the gang escape from the cult. They fall into New York Harbor and build a makeshift raft using an old tattered U.S. flag as a sail to see where they can go next.
