History

Digger Harkness was sent to the United States of America following a fight with his step-father. Arriving in Central City, he embarked on a life of crime under the alias "Captain Boomerang." He was captured by The Flash, but rather than serving a normal prison sentence, he was recruited into the Suicide Squad.
