George Washington was an American soldier, statesman and the first President of the United States of America.

History

During the Revolutionary War, Washington set up a camp in DeVries Village in what would later become known as Metropolis.

At this time, Vandal Savage, architect of the Illuminati conspired to assassinate Colonel Washington. It was his intention to replace Washington with an Illuminati agent named Adam Weishaupt. Frontier hero Tomahawk and the time-traveling Dan Hunter ferreted out Savage's scheme and saved Washington's life.

George Washington served as President of the United States from 1789 to 1797. He passed away in his home at Mount Vernon on December 14th, 1799.

George Washington was resurrected as a zombie during the "Day of Judgment" event.
