Ghanrik is a villain and brother of the Green Lantern of Sector 2937, Harvid.

History

Ghanrik was criminal who confronted his brother, Harvid, who was a Green Lantern. After his defeat, Ghanrik was locked inside a Sciencell for one hundred years. The cell retarded his aging, while his brother grew old and retired from the Corps. Upon his liberation, Ghanrik visited Harvid at his home world and confronted him again. While they fought, a storm caused a dam nearby to flood and weaken the concrete, leaking the water out. The two brothers ceased fighting, and Harvid asked Ghanrik to help him contain the water. Together, they fixed the dam, and the brothers came to terms and spent some time talking in Harvid's house while drinking wine.
