The Ghost is a super-villain named Alec Rois, who has teleportation powers and acts as an antagonist to Captain Atom. Originally a brilliant physicist who designed experimental weapons, he suffered a mental collapse and turned to crime.
Alec Rois was created by Steve Ditko, first published by Charlton Comics in Captain Atom #82. (1966)
Not to be confused with the Dark Horse Comics character Ghost, who has appeared in the company crossover miniseries Ghost/Batgirl.
