Ghost Fox Killer is a Chinese super-funtionary and a member of the Great Twenty.

When the Freedom Fighters of China hijacked a passenger plane to take control of the Chinese government with Genetically Modified Starros the Great Ten were dispatched to destroy the plane and the passenger, luckily Super-Man and Flying Dragon General managed to free Bat-Man, Wonder-Woman and the rest of the Freedom Fighters of China from the Starros' control. The two teams then united their forces to keep the Great Ten busy while Super-Man and Flying Dragon General defeated Human Firecracker.[1]
