Ghurkos is a tyrant who rules the moon Phobos.
History
Ghurkos kidnapped the popular Duke Dorna and framed Steve Trevor for the Duke's assassination. His twisted idea of a trail would see Steve executed for telling the truth, lying or confessing, but Wonder Woman found the Duke alive under questioning by Ghurkos' men.
