Glittar was a seaside resort on the Mediterranean Coast of Europe.
History
The Pleasure City of Glittar was designed for joy and excitement, and was known to its jaded inhabitants as the "City of Boredom and Bankrolls." Gambling was not only legal but the predominant industry, with fortunes being won and lost hourly.
In 1948, an unnamed adventurer burrowed his way into Glittar's high society, and attempted to have his underling, a fake prince calling himself Kerlong, court and marry the very wealthy and influential Countess Carlova. His organization would then have cover for crooked gambling, profitable swindles, and extravagant charges to tourists. This plan was disrupted, and its principals arrested, by the famous roving Blackhawk Squadron.
