The Global Peace Agency are an international organization dedicated to the preservation of mankind. They were founded by an alien race called the Visionaries who foresaw that the Earth would eventually be destroyed in a "Great Disaster." The GPA's greatest achievement was the satellite Brother Eye, which transformed Buddy Blank into the super-hero OMAC. The Global Peace Agency was created by Jack Kirby, first appearing in OMAC #1.
