Glomulus is a member of the Orange Lantern Corps.
History
Glomulus was once a being used to clean a tavern on Okaara. He was only allowed out of his cage to eat the food that fell on the floor. One day, when he was released, he ran afoul of an Okaaran warrior who threatened to eat him. Glomulus in turn ate the warrior, then ate everyone in the tavern. Free, he made his way to the Forest of Weeds, where the orange light had been buried long ago. Smelling Larfleeze's meal, Glomulus entered Larfleeze's palace, where he was consumed by Blume. His identity was replicated and stolen, and Glomulus became the Orange Lantern of Sector 2826.
Years later, when Larfleeze voided the treaty between him and the Guardians of the Universe, Glomulus was among the Orange Lantern avatars who attacked the Green Lanterns who disturbed Larfleeze's palace. He killed Gretti, the Green Lantern of Sector 2828, and consumed his ring, thereby replicating his identity and bringing him into the Orange Lanterns.[1]
