Glorious Godfrey is one of the evil New Gods of Apokolips and a servant to Darkseid. His special power allows him to influence and control minds through spoken rhetoric. Amazing Grace is his sister and shares this ability. During the events of Legends he posed as TV psychologist "G. Gordon Godfrey" to turn humanity against super-heroes. Glorious Godfrey was created by Jack Kirby as part of his Fourth World saga, first appearing in Forever People #3. (1971)
