Synopsis for "Dangerous to Man"

Rosie's story began in the Scottish border country, when a green light appeared around her and could be seen from space. Later, an earthquake was reported to have happened in Northern Britain and split Scotland over a hundred miles north away from England and an independent Scottish republic was announced. At her home, Rosie took away her TV from her boyfriend Jeff and declared that she was leaving him. Off the coast of Australia, Rosie's old friend Mudhawk fed Mick Hutz, the lead singer of XSIV, to a shark. The next morning, in New York City, former C.I.A. agent and supervisor of Project K1732 Harry Hooks was stuck in traffic and bumped into a woman's car. As the woman attempted to confront Hooks, he threatened her, revealed that he was C.I.A., and drove off. At a zoo, a policeman attempted to rescue Jeff, who was sitting on a tree branch above a tiger. When the branch broke, the tiger killed the policeman. Then, Rosie stepped in and soothed the tiger, saving Jeff. Mudhawk arrived at Heathrow Airport in England and was apprehended by security. As they attempted to search him, he ran off and escaped, as the airport security shot at him. He attempted to hijack a truck that happened to belong to his former lover Samantha Flint. When they recognized each other, Samantha helped Mudhawk escape in her truck. Harry Hooks had arrived in England and met Dick Limpcock, who briefed him on the situation. Feeling annoyed, Hooks burnt Limpcock's cheek with a cigarette. Then, Limpcock told Hooks about Rosie. Mudhawk and Sam argued in the truck before they stopped at Rosie's home. Jeff went to her home, as Hooks, Limpcock, and two others attempted to apprehend her. She was provoked and unintentionally used her powers to kill Limpcock and three others, but not Hooks or Jeff.
