Gorilla Grimm is a talking gorilla from Gorilla City who relocated to the United States.
History
Originally setting up in Gotham City and selling high-tech weaponry from back home to masked villains on the black market, Grimm was shut down a few times by Batman and Robin. Eventually, Grimm went off the grid and moved to Bludhaven to go straight. There, he joined the supervillain support group the Run-Offs.
A few years later, Dick Grayson, who now went by the alias Nightwing, discovered Grimm again and apprehended him, only to hear the gorilla claim he was being framed for crimes he didn't do.[1]
