Synopsis for "The Ballad of Olive Silverlock, Finale"
Although captured by the Terrible Trio, Olive Silverlock manages to overcome Amity Arkham's possessive spirit and flee back to the Academy. Quickly catching up are the other members of the Pizza Club who have found her footprint trail and all are led back into the Academy. There, fire rages from the North Hall and Kyle Mizoguchi is being helped around by Professor MacPherson. Though Olive sorely wishes to stay with them, the voice of Amity causes her to run away fearful of the damage she may cause. Olive rushes past her friends and back into the burning North Hall while Pomeline goes through her messages from Heathcliff Ray and susses out a clue based off a song he would sing.
Olive attempts to quell the flames but Amity's ghost appears to stop her when Maps Mizoguchi flies in from the roof to help Olive. Pomeline and Colton return to Millie Jane Cobblepot's tomb where the Terrible Trio are conducting a ritual. They managed to disrupt the ritual but Amanda Lydecker escapes with the book which she loses once she runs directly into Kyle's tennis racket. Inside the inferno Maps fights with Olive's will to live, as Maps convinces her Olive falls through the railing.
The spirit of Amity envelops Olive and she floats frozen above the flames as Maps reaches out to her just as Batman had to Calamity, Olive's mother. Elsewhere, Pomeline, Colton and Kyle return to the crypt and begin a ritual to strip the spirit from Olive which causes Olive to plummet down the staircase. Without thinking Maps jumps from the railing to grab her friend and the two are saved by Maps' rope; they soon rejoin their friends in the crypt and life returns to normal around Gotham Academy.
As the Academy celebrates its re-opening night with a ceremony the friends spend their time together and studying for finals. Regardless of how they spend their time they all make time for a group photograph to celebrate their time together both as a school club and as a family.
