Synopsis for "Curse of the Inishtree Quill"

One day at school, Maps Mizoguchi draws plans on how to add her classmate, Eric, to the Pizza Club when he flips out as Mister Scarlett shouts at her and has to be tackled by newcomer to the class, Damian Wayne. For Maps it was love at first tackle. Back inside her room, Maps finds Professor MacPherson packing a bag for Olive who has been away from the academy for a few days. MacPherson also tells Maps about who Damian is, the son of Bruce Wayne.

Maps begins to stalk the new boy, finding him practising in the graveyard where she writes his name into her diary. Suddenly the two are compelled to hold hands from the power of the quill and a bird swoops down to steal the quill. Maps decides to go to Pomeline Fritch who will be able to fix their issue. Pomeline connects the quill, realising that is why Eric "protected" Maps earlier and why the two are currently joined. Pomeline then sneaks up on the duo and pushes Damian out of the window, dragging Maps with him.

The two dangle from the window ledge when Damian requests Maps goes into his pocket and pull out his grappling gun - and Maps falls back in love. They swing through a nearby window only to be discovered by the prefect, Maps' brother Kyle who also goes to attack the duo forcing Damian to knock him unconscious.

MacPherson stumbles across the pair and, after getting over how cute they look, offers to help with their conundrum. They go out into the graveyard where Kyle, Pomeline and Colton are possessed forcing the linked couple to tie them up with a skipping rope. MacPherson's dog, Ham then finds the bird who had stolen the quill and Damian pulls out a Batarang and the feather drops, straight into Scarlett's hand.

Scarlett explains how the bird carried a form of avian flu which caused the craziness and that the two are holding hands merely because they want to. Before the two have a chance to react Headmaster Hammer appears from behind them and scolds them for what occurred. Damian is expelled from the academy, but before he leaves Maps shows him that their names had been crossed out and Damian gives Maps a leaving present, a Batarang.
