Synopsis for "Unresolved, Part Two"

Lieutenant David Cornwell tells Romy Chandler she needs to stop taking PTO. She says things have been hard since Nate Patton's parents are going to come into town and pull the plug on him. Cornwell tells her a new detective is transferring in from narcotics and Romy agrees to start next once she completes some personal items.

Marcus Driver tells Josie MacDonald about Harvey Bullock getting kicked off the force for leading a witness protection member's identity to the mob. He tells her that the mobster had shot Commissioner Gordon but would walk due to an evidence mistake.

Driver meets with Harvey who agrees to give him the missing evidence if Marcus agrees to tell him why they're looking at the case again. Harvey had a theory that it had to do with either a gambling ring, or some geeks that were being teased by jocks and they got back at them. He gives them the pictures of the geeks.

Josie and Driver head the Arkham Asylum to discuss the case with Mad Hatter. Josie pulls out the pictures of the two geeks and Hatter reacts. After they leave, Hatter pulls a hidden phone out of a wall and calls someone to warn them, "the police are onto you." He's looking at an ID that says Mervin Cooke.

Harvey gets drunk and attacks Penguin telling him he knows he put Hatter up to the case to kill kids.
