Synopsis for "Keystone Kops, Part 2"
Sharon sobs outside of Andrew Kelly's room as he screams for God to help him. Donald Peak consoles her.
Renée Montoya heads to Montoya's store to speak with her Dad but he is unwelcoming. He tells Renee they're closing and he doesn't need to talk to her.
At GCPD Headquarters the officers all ask how they can help. Montoya says she'll find Dr. Alchemy. Crispus Allen calls Keystone Police and finds out he's still locked up, but he might have visited Gotham during his last break-out. Everyone agrees Desmond is their guy. Captain Maggie Sawyer tells them a S.T.A.R. labs specialist looks at Kelly's body. It keeps mutating but they don't know how or why. They only believe Dr. Alchemy could really help at this point, so Sawyer tells Stacy to buy tickets for Allen and Montoya to fly to Keystone City in the morning.
Jared Morillo and Fred Chyre meet Montoya and Allen at the Keystone Airport. They bring him back to Keystone Police Headquarters where meet Ashley Zolomon, the local Rogue profiler. She tells them he will try to manipulate them. Be careful and value his work and consider him a scientist more so than a criminal.
