Synopsis for "A Cat in the Hand"
Harley Quinn discovered the device that made all men to disappear and Poison Ivy tried to use it to their advantage. Batgirl and Catwoman stalled them until the Gotham City Police Department arrived at the place. Catwoman tried to take the device from Ivy at the same time when the Police threw a net to the criminals. Catwoman was accidentaly captured while Harley and Ivy escaped from the place. Batgirl tried to explain that Catwoman was helping but the officers wouldn't listen.
Some time later, Barbara learned from the news that the police would charge Catwoman with the kidnapping of all men in Gotham and they gave a detailed description of the devie used to disappear all men.
Ivy and Harley were still at large and they planned something to free Catwoman from her unfair arrest. However, they confronted a violent police force. Batgirl saved Ivy and Harley from a certain death at the hands of the GCPD. She warned the officers that they'd be in troubles when the Commissioner learned about their attitude, to which the officers told her that the Commissioner already knew about it.
