Synopsis for "Pave Paradise"

Poison Ivy learned of a plan of building a parking lot in pave paradise under the Gotham mayor's orders. Ivy was angry and she asked Harley Quinn to do something for her.

Harley was asked to place Ivy's personal brand of seeds at the mayor's grounds and gardens. That night, Ivy went to see the mayor and she managed to knock all the security guards and get inside the mayor's bedroom. Ivy told the mayor to sign a veto for the construction of the parking lot. The mayor tried to refuse but Ivy grew vines from the grounds and attacked the mayor's house in order to force him to sign the veto. The mayor agreed and before leaving, Ivy wanted to make sure that the mayor wouldn't back down on his decision, Ivy used a special seed on him that would make a plant to grow on his body if he ever lied again. The mayor said that he wouldn't have lied and a branch sprouted from his head.

Later, Ivy and Harley watched the TV and learned that the mayor resigned his job because of a "health problem" that wouldn't allow him to continue working in politics.
