Synopsis for "Penguin's Cold Surprise"

Previously, The Penguin was an accomplice in the death of Theo Galavan and the GCPD are in the hunt for him. In order to escape, The Penguin finds himself a new hideout in the Quality Meats Slaughterhouse. However, his henchwoman turns against him as she refuses the possibility to die alongside him. Before she could shoot Oswald, Mister Freeze tears open the metal gate with his Ice Gun.
