Gothodaemon is a demon lord from Hell.

History

The Gothodaemon was born when a man built a home on the future site of Gotham, and later drunkenly strangled his wife to death. 500 years of crime and immorality nourished Gothodaemon to the beast he is now.

At some point, the Gothodaemon was unleashed on Gotham City by Asteroth, terrorizing its inhabitants and influencing them to do evil, but he was eventually stopped by Etrigan and sent back to Hell.
