Graceful Moon was a Chinese magician who practiced collecting and stealing luck.

History

She was taught her first spell by Mister E which killed her family, sparking a vendetta against E and the Cult of the Cold Flame. When John Constantine went to her for her help in understanding who taught him his first spell, he was attacked by Moon, having discovered that Constantine had captured E within the Moonblade and refused to give it to her. With their fight toppling the building they were in, Graceful Moon was killed in the destruction.
