Grant Wilson was the son of Slade Wilson, who adopted his father's alias as Deathstroke.
History
He took over Star City in an event known as the Uprising. As Deathstroke, Grant killed many of the Green Arrow's team members, cut off his left arm, and outed his identity as Oliver Queen.
When Rip Hunter and his team crash landed in the year 2046, they helped a new Green Arrow and Oliver Queen defeat Grant and take Star City back.
