The Gravity Regulator Helmet was first developed by James Barr. Shaped like the end of a bullet, the helmet provided its wearer with the ability to fly at supersonic speeds and the ability to deflect oncoming objects. Donning the helmet, Barr became a costumed adventurer using the name Bulletman

History

The Gravity Regulator Helmet was first developed by James Barr. Shaped like the end of a bullet, the helmet provided its wearer with the ability to fly at supersonic speeds and the ability to deflect oncoming objects. Donning the helmet, Barr became a costumed adventurer using the name Bulletman. When his girlfriend Susan Kent discovered Jim's secret identity, a second helmet was fashioned and she became known as Bulletgirl.
