Armitage is under house arrest, and claims that he is trying to go legitimate. Connor knows better however, and soon discovers that Milo is secretly selling high-tech weaponry tracking systems on the black market. He follows Milo to the Harriet Midtown and a fight breaks out. He captures Armitage, but Milo tells him that if he returns to prison, he'll implicate Connor's mother and she will be arrested as well.
