I don't know... the thought of skinning a drug lord gives me kind of a warm feeling.
Green Arrow (Volume 2) #71 is an issue of the series Green Arrow (Volume 2) with a cover date of February, 1993.
Synopsis for "Wild in the Streets"
Two of Green Arrow's contacts among Seattle's homeless population overhear some thugs talking about something being smuggled in with a coffee shipment, and plans to buy off the coast guard with drugs. They go to Oliver Queen rather than the police because they believe he can get more done about it.
Later, the thugs unload the crate which contains their contraband cargo, but Green Arrow sneaks up, and attacks the man running the crane. The crate crashes to the ground, and smashes open. Oliver Begins attacking the thugs, but he is knocked into a pit along with the thugs' cargo. The cargo turns out to be a live black jaguar, who angrily slinks out of the crate's wreckage, and begins stalking Green Arrow. He tries to keep calm, and divert the cat's attention from him, and a gunshot from the thugs prompts her to leap out of the pit and attack them instead.
The cat mauls one of the thugs, and then escapes into the streets of the city before Oliver can shoot her with his arrow. Meanwhile, the man who ordered the smuggling operation becomes impatient to have the jaguar's head on his wall.
Oliver tracks the jaguar into an alleyway, but fails to find the jaguar. Instead, he finds a woman who seems to know more about the case than she should.
