On his travels around America, Oliver Queen meets an old friend of him: Andrea Zercher. Andrea's husband Nathan Cavenaugh (Rival) is an old war veteran and very abusive of her. Oliver decides to change the Rival to a better person but have a hard time to defeat him with his old bow.
