Synopsis for "Wild, Part II of II: Odd Pairings"
Melvin Rydell is walking home in the Glades after buying oil to make popcorn for his movie house, when he comes across Green Arrow and Brick fighting a swarm of crazy people. Green Arrow clears the field with an impact grenade, and then notices that the crazies all have track marks- they are drug addicts.
In Weetawken Prison, Deathstroke is in a meeting with his lawyer. Deathstroke wants to plead guilty to the attempted assassination of Mayor Queen, his counsellor wants to enter an insanity plea. When the guards arrive to take Deathstroke back to his cell, he kills one by head-butting a table so the end goes up and snaps his neck. He asks the remaining guard to add the murder to his charges, let him plead guilty and send him to jail.
In the Glades, Green Arrow and Brick are tracking down the drugs the crazed addicts took, while discussing the finer points of super-heroics. Green Arrow accuses Brick of doing nothing more than keeping his cattle healthy. Brick accuses Green Arrow of leaving when Star City needed him most. They agree to ignore their differences until things are back the way they used to be. Entering a warehouse, they find thousands of crates of morphine, probably with something added to cause the crazy behaviour. Green Arrow takes a sample, and he and Brick are about to flush the rest away when they find a junkie who's just shot up. He screams for the other crazed junkies. Green Arrow and Brick are surrounded and about to be swamped, when another impact grenade goes off- Speedy's.
