Synopsis for "Unfinished Business"
Oliver Queen is dead, murdered by Onomatopoeia. The assassin escapes and Connor Hawke hunts him down after delivering Oliver's body to the morgue. Onomatopoeia follows a handwritten note to a pier at Star City docks and pilots a boat out to sea. He rendezvous with a yacht where his employer, Brick, is waiting for him. Brick congratulates him on getting the job done and tells him he needs to get out of town before Connor catches up to him, when Connor suddenly appears chasing after them in the Arrowboat. Connor dives into the water and sends the boat to crash into the side of the yacht, crippling it and causing it to slowly sink.
Connor climbs aboard and squares off against Onomatopoeia. They fight and Onomatopoeia eventually overpowers Connor and seemingly shoots him dead. Brick attempts to flee via helicopter, saying that he hates working with weirdos like Onomatopoeia, but Amanda Waller will work with anyone. He starts climbing a rope ladder up to the helicopter, when the ladder is suddenly cut by an arrow. Onomatopoeia unmasks to reveal that he is Oliver Queen.
It is revealed that Oliver and Connor defeated Onomatopoeia and decided to fake Oliver's death, in order to track who was paying him. Connor gets up and the two of them demand to know what Waller is doing. Brick tells them that Waller offered any supervillain who killed a hero a full pardon, but so far nobody has tried to take the deal because they believed it was a trap. Brick and some other Star City crimelords decided to hire Onomatopoeia to go after the Arrows to test if the deal was legitimate. Oliver asks where Arsenal is and Brick tells him that he and Cheshire went after Waller. Oliver demands that Brick tell him where Waller is holding Roy and Brick tells him that Arsenal isn't a prisoner, he's working for Waller.
