Green Arrow and Black Canary #14 is an issue of the series Green Arrow and Black Canary (Volume 1) with a cover date of January, 2009.
Synopsis for "One Door Closes, Another Opens"
Ollie and Dinah bring Connor to the Hall of Justice to run some tests to determine whether he has suffered any long term side effects of Doctor Sivana's experiments. Doctor Mid-Nite arrives to lend a hand and after analyzing Connor, observes that he now possesses an incredibly accelerated healing ability. He is also practically impervious to pain. Unfortunately, there are huge lapses in Connor's memory.
Ollie and Dinah bring Connor home. Ollie tries re-training him with a bow and arrow, but Connor no longer seems to possess an aptitude for it. However, his martial prowess is still as remarkable as ever. That evening, he sneaks out of the house and patrols the city. He busts up a drug deal, and even though he takes several bullets to the body, he emerges relatively unscathed. Ollie learns of Connor's actions and has a discussion with him. He assures him that whatever road he chooses to travel down, his father will always be there for him.
