Synopsis for "What Dis Be"

John goes deeper into his nightmare and meets figures of his past. He finds himself on the road, surrounded by floating miniature versions of Ch'p. Suddenly, a truck speeds up, and John dodges it, but the vehicle kills the Ch'ps. When confronting the driver, John finds it's none other than the Old Timer, and he gets inside. Appa Ali Apsa takes John to a recreation of Xanshi's destruction.

Their truck then smashes with another car, and Hal Jordan steps out of the second vehicle. Hal blames John for the death he caused, and John lashes out at him and grabs Hal. Hal starts to burn up, and from the flames, Sinestro shows up in Hal's place. When Sinestro disappears, Predator and Star Sapphire attack John. John fights them off, and they disappear.

Alone on the road again, Ch'p reappears, and John now can see the truth about himself. Suddenly, the floor cracks open and engulfs John into a dark void. When he hits bottom, he sees a puddle of blood starting to take the form of Katma Tui. Katma grabs John and takes him to the surface, saying that he needs to "prevent and ensure" the destruction of the Mosaic.
