Synopsis for "Godhead, Act I, Part IV: Trust"
The Guardians review the past days with Kyle Rayner and Carol Ferris and declare his return from the Source Wall impossible. Kyle only could do it because he not only possesses the Life Equation -- he changed it. And now the New Gods want it. And the Guardians want to hide or eliminate it; and attack Kyle. He now sees that they are no different than the previous Guardians and battles them. Into their midst comes Highfather; who does not attack, but sends the Guardians away and settles Kyle with words while reality boils and charges around them.
In the end, Kyle agrees to return to New Genesis and help Highfather. Carol Ferris does not let him go alone.
