Synopsis for "Godhead Act II, Part III: Best Laid Plans"
Kyle Rayner, Carol Ferris and Highfather arrive on New Genesis where Highfather has constructed a machine to extract the White Lantern Ring from Kyle. Once Highfather has the ring, he installs it in his Sceptre and boasts that he will turn Earth, and then the Universe, into a trap for Darkseid. Carol attacks and drains her Star Sapphire Ring to no avail. Weaponless, they are cast down to the surface of Genesis.
As a test, Highfather and Bekka target Planet Muz with the weaponized White Lantern. This time, the population of the planet are turned into an army that bow to Highfather. On Qward, the Templar Guardians sense the return and corruption of the White Lantern.
