History

When returning home from a mission in space, Green Lantern came across a living planet that named itself Green Lantern and shaped a continent to resemble him. Learning that the planet was alive, Green Lantern used his power ring to save it from a pressure build up in its core. The flaming material that was part of this pressure build up was expunged and shot into space where it became the planet's own moon.
