Synopsis for "In Deep!"

After their battle with Black Hand, Hal and Arisia wake up inside a mine shaft with their rings drained of power. When both of them get their bearings, Hal realizes that Arisia has the body of a woman now. She panics after hearing that, and Hal slaps her to get a hold of herself. After calming down, they both conclude that Arisia's ring responded to her subconscious desire to get Hal's attention, and thus accelerating her maturity process. Involuntarily or not, Arisia still refuses to go back to her real age and is determined to see what Hal thinks of her now. Hours pass and Hal opens up about his previous romantic relationships until a mountain lion attacks them. Arisia scares the beast away by using her cape and snapping its button inside the lion's mouth. Now safe, Hal, casually calling Arisia "honey," claims that she saved his life, and Arisia asks him not to call her "honey" unless he means it.

Back at the Citadel, John cuts off the power of the reporters' equipment, giving the Green Lanterns a little privacy. Tawny Young storms into the Citadel and confronts John. Kilowog invites her to leave the facility. When Tawny refuses, Kilowog slaps her, enraging the reporter who already has a negative opinion about the aliens. While John reprimands Kilowog for his impulsive action, Katma and Salakk revel on what they just witnessed.

Black Hand robs a bank again, and the Green Lantern Corps arrive shortly at the scene. The Lanterns learn that Hand defeated Hal and Arisia, and their moment of surprise allows the villain to drain their power rings. The Lanterns retreat and formulate a plan that involves Kilowog facing Black Hand one-on-one, without using his ring. Resisting all of his attacks, Kilowog confronts and subdues Black Hand at the L.A. Stadium and forces him to reveal Hal and Arisia's location.

When the Green Lanterns follow Hand's indications and reach the cave, they find Hal and Arisia kissing, much to everyone's surprise.
