History

Power Batteries are constantly charged by the Central Power Battery to manually fuel about 7200 individual Green Lantern Rings.

Formerly, the rings needed to be charged after a period of one planetary axial rotation (dependent on each ring's location), regardless of how often it was used. This issue was fixed later, with the rings retaining their charge until they run out of power. This weakness does not apply to Ion's host.
