Synopsis for "Guy Talk"
A customer enters Warriors and Guy Gardner gives them a Green Lantern history lesson, all the way from Alan Scott to the current Green Lantern Kyle Rayner. When he gets to Kyle's story, Guy claims that Ganthet approached him before Kyle, but Guy rejected the ring. Guy asks the customer to keep that a secret and not tell anyone about it. After the history lesson, Guy reveals a new painting that will decorate Warriors: a portrait of all five Green Lanterns.

Synopsis for "Lost Pages: Kyle meets Hal Jordan's Old Girlfriend and Best Friend"
Carol Ferris and Thomas Kalmaku visit the remains of an abandoned Ferris Aircraft facility in the outskirts of Coast City. Carol finds a picture of Hal Jordan, and they reminisce about their adventures together and what could've been. Suddenly, Tom accidentally drops an oil lantern that ignites some fuel drums, setting the place on fire. The new Green Lantern arrives in time to save them, and Carol thinks at first that she's seeing Hal. After getting to safety, Carol questions him what happened to the previous Green Lantern. Kyle, however, has been Green Lantern for two weeks and is still unaware of what happened. Carol and Tom watch the fire from the distance, unable to save Hal's picture from burning.
