Synopsis for "Sign Up...And See The Universe!"

A chase between two spaceships causes one of them to get severely damaged, killing everyone in its crew except one. This sole survivor, a criminal called Taupin sentenced to die as a slave, takes control of the ship and teleports to Earth. The craft crashes on a dam, causing it to crack and pour the water out. Green Lantern intervenes to seal the fissure, but the ship attacks him with a yellow beam, paralyzing him. Moments later, when he recovers, he heads to space to track the alien spaceship. But he gets caught in a time-null near Earth's orbit that freezes him in time.

Several days pass, and the alien pretends to be a tour guide, offering the people of Earth the chance to travel through space with him. Dinah, who just had a break-up with Ollie, hears about this offer and decides to hop in. She passes the test and gets accepted for the tour. Ollie, however, incapable of stopping her, finds his way inside the ship as a stowaway. With the shuttle ready to take off, Taupin connects all "passengers" to a machine and forces them to become his slaves until they die. Green Arrow comes out of his hideout and confronts Taupin, but all the now-slaves attack him, including Dinah. He gets outnumbered and out-classed by them, and, as punishment, Taupin prepares to throw him into the void of space.
