Synopsis for "The Vengeance of the Crumbler!"

Green Lantern finds his power battery and recharges his ring while Green Arrow and Black Canary go to patrol the highway. Arrow learns that all roads from their location are blocked except one, where they eventually find the Crumbler. They approach the Crumbler, who is having car trouble, but the he destroys the bridge they're on, and Arrow's van fall into the ice-covered river. Black Canary carries the unconscious Green Arrow to the surface and uses one of the phosphorous arrows to melt the thick ice.

Meanwhile Green Lantern has returned to the hospital, still weak from his head injury, and Arrow and Canary are brought in due to hypothermia and pneumonia. Oliver tells Hal that the Crumbler was heading for Star City and Lantern takes off.

Alexander Tuttle, meets with a psychiatrist and discusses his hatred for his father, who tried to discourage him from scientific research and forced him to work on his construction company. When the psychiatrist stops the session, Tuttle goes crazy killing the psychiatrist, destroying property and deciding he wants his father to beg him for forgiveness. He enters the Gluck Building and destroys three of the six supporting pillars. Lantern tries to apprehend him from a distance but his ring fails. Thinking it's his head injury, Lantern decides not to try anything too fancy and asks the Crumbler what he wants, and he answers that he wants his father to apologize.

The police find his father's address and Lantern goes to ask for his help. Morris Tuttle refuses and Lantern returns to the Gluck Building. He goes into the basement, just below the Crumbler, and pulls him through the floor and knocks him out. With the Crumbler captured and the building evacuated, Green Lantern visits Green Arrow and Black Canary at the hospital, who seem to be recovering. However, Hal feels there's still something wrong with him and/or the battery. Meanwhile, his power battery starts to shine with a yellow color inside of his truck.
