Green Lantern (Volume 2) #117 is an issue of the series Green Lantern (Volume 2) with a cover date of June, 1979.

Synopsis for "Sight -- Of The First And Second Kinds!"

While visiting Doctor Wiltman, Alexander Tuttle's psychiatrist, at Arkham Asylum, Green Lantern and Green Arrow get attacked by Professor Ojo's eye drone. The eye blinds and incapacitates Green Lantern while he frees Crumbler from the facility. The emerald heroes spread out and follow different missions.

Green Arrow tracks the Crumbler to an Optometry store, located right on top of Ojo's lair.

Meanwhile, Green Lantern visits the fortune-teller Kari Limbo, Guy Gardner's girlfriend. Hal gives the news of Guy's death, which logically upsets Kari and blames Hal for his death. But she calms down shortly after and asks him to hold her. Green Lantern then takes her to Dinah's flower shop, where she grabs a jacket of Oliver and senses a premonition of danger for the archer.

Just like Kari predicted, Green Arrow walks into a trap inside Ojo's lair, where the Crumbler attacks him. When Green Arrow gets beaten and is about to get executed, Green Lantern and Kari arrive to save the archer. However, Professor Ojo covers the entire room with a radiation that blinds everyone in it, and escapes.
